Are you ready to take the plunge and book your dream vacation, but are unsure of how my services work for you?

My name is Natalie Graham, I am your Castle Coach and an independent travel planner with Castle Coaches Travel LLC. I am your personal Castle Coach for all things Disney and Universal. You can think of me as your very best magical pal! My services if booking a vacation package with Disney or Universal are complimentary and at no cost to you. However, many often ask what my service entails. 

From Start to Finish Planning: 

  • An initial phone call or instant message chat to go over your booking needs. 
  • Booking your resort vacation and tickets to your favorite theme park destinations.
  • Booking your dining reservations for some of Disney's most sought dining destinations.
  • Booking extra magic for your trip such as scooters, special events, strollers, transportation to and from the airport, and even looking into grocery deliveries and so much more.
  • Custom itineraries are sent prior to your departure date. 
  • Reserving your theme park reservations and manage your My Disney Experience Account leading up to your trip.
  • A phone call or instant message chat to go over any questions prior to your departure date. 

Unfortunately, I am unable to book your airfare needs. This must be handled directly through your own choice of airline. Additionally, many factors can go wrong with handling third-party air travel booking. I highly recommend you book directly. ✈️

My Promise To You

I'm passionate about making your dream vacation just that, a dream! Once you sign the contract, the following services are included complimentary when you book with me for a complete Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacation

  • Theme Park Reservation management
  • Booking your Disney Dining reservations 
  • Booking your hotel
  • Clear communication (even after business hours, if I don't respond right away, you can rest assured I am looking into your request and will get back to you as soon as possible!)
  • Personalized Itinerary prior to your departure date
  • Booking magical extras and rentals
  • I will happily create complimentary holds for your potential reservations, but keep in mind they can expire if not confirmed and prices will no longer be locked in. 

Your Promise To Me

I can't book your vacation without YOU! I'm here to alleviate the stress of planning, but I still need your input to make sure it's a magical time. You make all of this possible and without you, I can't do what I do to bring the magic to you! 

  • Agree and sign the contract in a timely manner. 
  • Clear communication on dates, people traveling, and their ages (this is required to hold the reservation)
  • Clear budget and booking expectations
  • Trust that I can do my job to the best of my ability to ensure that you have the best vacation ever!
  • Communication during business hours is highly encouraged. 

 

A la carte services available!

Already have a hotel booked but need help with dining? Found park tickets cheaper from a third-party but need help with planning your stay? No problem! I'm here to help. 

  • A la carte planning costs $50 per day for dining. A la carte planning fee examples are detailed on the Castle Coaches Travel page.
  • Complimentary services are only available for full vacation packages which are not limited but include:
    • Hotel stay
    •  Park tickets
    • Dining reservations

      *Per day, the maximum party of five. For parties of six or more, please contact us for custom pricing


      ** Planning fees are non-refundable and are clearly stated in the Travel Services Agreement a client signs prior to working together.

Change of plans? I got you covered! 

Change happens, and that's ok! Sometimes your dates have to shift. You let me know and I'll handle everything with Disney. However, if I've already booked you a hotel and dining and you have to change your vacation dates, a planning fee will be applied to plan for the new dates. As always, there are no guarantees that a restaurant or resort will be available in your new timeframe.

  • Dining planning is complimentary during the initial booking. But a $25 per day may be applied for future booking changes and date changes. 
  • Keep in mind many of your favorite booked activities or dining may not be available the second time around. It is always subject to availability!
  • Should you need to cancel the full planning and vacation package cancelation fees will be applied and are outlined in the contract at the time of booking.
